Snow in the Bay Area
Last week the Pineapple Express, this week we got the one from Alaska: the cold weather front that overtook the Bay Area the past couple of days resulted in night frost (!) in some areas, as well as snow above 2000 feet.
Check out the hills in the East Bay, as seen from Rancho San Antonio, where I went running this morning:
Or Skyline Blvd, at the intersection with Highway 9, where a nice snow storm was taking place:
And from my balcony, it looks like I'm in Vancouver or Seattle, rather than Palo Alto:
