December sun

December so far has seen vintage California conditions: blue skies and sun! You can tell it's winter though since it gets dark sooner. On the photo: the Pacific and the coast of El Granada at the north tip of Half Moon Bay - Mavericks is just off the rocky outcrop left of center.
